Job Description As an FP&A Analyst in Bridgend, you'll be key to keeping the numbers on track and providing insights that support decision-making in the fast-moving manufacturing industry. Your role will involve analysing financial data, preparing reports and helping the business make informed choices. A company based in Bridgend working within the manufacturing / retail industry. Analyse financial data and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions. Monitor key performance indicators to track business performance. Collaborate with various teams to provide financial support and advice. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Provide ad hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. A successful FP&A Analyst should have: A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the manufacturing industry. Experience with financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
