Description
As Purchase Ledger Clerk reporting into the Financial Controller and Finance Manager, you will be successfully responsible for a variety of duties that range from monitoring the ledger, processing expenses & invoices, supporting with payment runs and contributing towards the bank reconciliations for example.
Working individually and as part of a team, this will contribute towards the accounts payable finance function.
Profile
- Open to anyone qualified by experience or studying AAT
- Ideally current or previous experience of the following; Ledger, Expenses, Payment Runs, Invoices, Bank Reconciliations etc.
- Comfortable with finance software
- Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement
- Happy to work individually and as a larger team
- Brief understanding of basic Microsoft Excel
- Key eye for detail
