Description
- Provide financial analysis and challenge to drive profitability and maximise performance.
- Analyse promotional performance, pricing and operational efficiencies.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting across the online channels.
- Present financial performance, insights and recommendations to senior executives.
- Produce accurate P&L, sales and margin reporting with clear performance commentary.
- Identify risks and opportunities and translate complex data into actionable insight.
- Drive the centralisation of financial controls and reporting.
- Lead process improvements to create a more efficient and scalable finance function.
Profile
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles, especially within the retail industry.
- Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.
- Confidence challenging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership and accountability.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
