As a Finance Controller in Bracknell, you'll play a key role in managing the financial operations of a manufacturing focused business. From overseeing accounting processes to ensuring accurate financial reporting, your work will help the organisation stay on top of its financial health while also managing and completing a full ERP transformation from Sage200 to Inplicit.

Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and oversee financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Monitor budgets and forecast financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Oversee payroll and taxation processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors as required.
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
Profile
A successful Finance Controller should have:
- Strong experience in accounting and finance roles, ideally within the property industry.
- Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Job Offer
- Hourly rate between £350 and £375, dependent on the level of experience.
