As the PA you will be responsible for:
Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to senior team members.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare and organise reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, including booking venues and handling all related logistics.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Handle incoming communications and respond or redirect as appropriate.
- Support the team with ad-hoc duties and projects when required.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
The successful PA should have:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role, ideally within professional services.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
