Description
As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Manage and organise the executive's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are coordinated effectively.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle incoming communication, including emails and phone calls, and prioritise responses as needed.
- Arrange travel plans, including itineraries and accommodation, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Support the coordination of team events, meetings, and other organisational activities.
- Maintain and update confidential records and files in compliance with company policies.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team as required.
- Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant (PA) should have:
- Previous experience in a similar PA or administrative role & be able to demonstrate this.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
