Description

As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage and organise the executive's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are coordinated effectively.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle incoming communication, including emails and phone calls, and prioritise responses as needed.
  • Arrange travel plans, including itineraries and accommodation, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Support the coordination of team events, meetings, and other organisational activities.
  • Maintain and update confidential records and files in compliance with company policies.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team as required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Personal Assistant (PA) should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar PA or administrative role & be able to demonstrate this.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
