- Description
- Manage transfer pricing compliance and advisory assignments for a varied client portfolio
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, Master Files and supporting analyses
- Support clients with transfer pricing policy design, implementation and risk management
- Conduct and review benchmarking studies and economic analyses
- Assist clients in responding to evolving UK and international transfer pricing requirements
- Support transfer pricing aspects of corporate transactions, restructurings and due diligence projects
- Collaborate with tax, audit, advisory and corporate finance teams on cross-service line projects
- Work alongside international colleagues on cross-border assignments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while acting as a trusted adviser
- Support business development activities and identify opportunities within existing client relationships
- Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting their technical development
- Profile
- ACA, CTA, ATT, or equivalent professional qualification
- Proven transfer pricing experience gained within practice, industry or a specialist advisory environment
- Experience delivering transfer pricing advisory and compliance projects
- Previous experience operating at Assistant Manager level or ready to step into an Assistant Manager position
- Strong understanding of OECD transfer pricing principles and UK transfer pricing legislation
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver a high standard of service
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem solving
