Job Description An excellent opportunity for a Valuations Tax Assistant Manager to work on complex, high-value engagements, supporting clients on business valuations and tax advisory matters. Operating within a collaborative and growth-focused environment, the firm offers significant exposure to complex valuations work and the opportunity to work closely with experienced tax specialists on high-value engagements. Lead and support on business valuations for tax purposes, including share schemes, restructuring and transactions Provide technical tax support on valuation-related matters such as IHT, CGT and employee incentives Work closely with senior stakeholders on transactions, due diligence and structuring projects Contribute to business development through identifying opportunities and supporting proposals Stay up to date with relevant tax legislation and valuation methodologies Experience in or an understanding of preparing valuations for various purposes, including tax-advantaged option plans, employment-related securities, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and corporate reorganisations. A commercial outlook and understanding of how different businesses operate.
