We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to provide essential support within a not-for-profit organisation. This permanent role based in Portsmouth requires strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to ensure efficient operations.

Client Details: Our client is based in Portsmouth, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the team is looking for additional support.

Description:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Organise meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner.
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers as needed.
  • Support team members in ad hoc tasks and projects.
