A highly reputable and successful firm of chartered accountants based in Exeter has a requirement for an Accounts Senior to join their team as a key addition to this growing business. You will undertake a varied role providing year end accounts, personal, corporate and VAT tax and wider service provision to a mixed client base. Clear progression on offer, along with study support for those pursuing qualifications.
Based in Exeter, this firm is a leading and highly regarded accountancy practice acting for growing OMBs, SMEs and limited company clients, alongside a very varied industry client base of sole traders, partnerships, charities and other clients across wide ranging turnovers and size. They are looking for a key addition to bolster this team. The firm offers excellent support and training for those pursuing qualifications along with competitive salaries, benefits, flexible hours and a mix of home to office working on offer. Joining as Accounts Senior based from the firm's Exeter offices, you will take responsibility for the hands-on preparation of year end accounts, personal, corporate and VAT tax return compliance, bookkeeping and wider all around service provision to a wide ranging client base of sole traders, partnerships and limited company clients. You will benefit from increasing responsibility on offer, developing your technical accounting skills with client contact, relationship management and potential to progress within the team and firm, with a long term future on offer.
For this Accounts Senior role you may be AAT qualified and/or studying ACA/ACCA at any stage of the qualification, or recently qualified with a career background preparing accounts/tax and providing wider services within an accountancy practice background, working with wide ranging sole trader, partnership and limited companies. You will be looking to join a growing, successful firm of accountants where you can see the chance to develop your career within a forward moving firm of accountants.
