The client is an award winning regional practice in Bolton who was set up by former top 10 employees wanting to make a difference in the market space. The firm has continued to grow year on year and shows no sign of slowing doown hence the need to hire some top talent.

Description

• Client Management: Primary client contact, relationship building, meeting handling
• Technical Work: Prepare/review financial statements (UK GAAP/FRS 102), manage audits, handle tax computations, review VAT returns
• Team Leadership: Supervise juniors, delegate work, provide training, participate in reviews
• Practice Development: Identify new service opportunities, assist with proposals
• Quality Control: Ensure adherence to firm procedures and regulatory requirements

Additional Responsibilities

• Project management across multiple clients
• Developing technical specializations
• Advising on accounting technology solutions

Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA)
• 3-5 years practice experience
• Strong technical knowledge
• Emerging leadership skills

Functions as the bridge between junior staff and partners, requiring both technical expertise and people management abilities.
