We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our established client's team on a temporary basis (6 months minimum) to start as soon as possible! This temporary role involves managing financial transactions and supporting the accounting and finance department. Please note that the role is also suitable for juniors looking to kick start their Finance career!

  • Process and manage accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received as per agreed terms
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update the accounting system regularly
  • Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable

  • Credit control - both over phone and email
