We are seeking two detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Payable Assistants to join our Accounting & Finance team in Cheltenham. This temporary role requires candidates to have a keen eye for detail, an understanding of working with suppliers and experience working in Accounts Payable previously.

Description
- Process invoices, ensuring correct approval, coding and matching
- Prepare payment runs and direct debit payments
- Resolve supplier and internal queries
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Maintain and update the Accounts Payable ledger
- Support the wider Accounting & Finance team as necessary
- Comply with all company and industry regulations
- Assist in month-end reporting and reconciliation
