The business has c. 300 employees worldwide.
You will be based 3 days PW from the UK head office in Leeds city centre, and 2 days PW from home.
Description You will be working as part of a team of 3 that is responsible for the processing of sales and purchase invoices.
As part of your role you will be dealing with invoices from the UK and overseas, so you will be required to use AI features like Co Pilot to support you with translating some of the invoices.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to Maintain the purchase ledger and deal with UK and non-UK suppliers.
Perform reconciliations of supplier statements.
Processing expenses and company credit cards.
Ensure invoices are approved in line with company policies.
Payment of purchase ledger invoices via weekly BACS and SEPA files.
