We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant ( On a Fixed Term Contract ) to support our finance department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations, supporting both our internal team and external business clients. Client Details We are looking on behalf of a fast-growing new media and internet provider, delivering tailored solutions to businesses nationwide. Description The accounts assistant (Fixed Term Contract) roles key responsibilities are as follows: Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments. Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices for clients, monitor accounts for overdue payments, and assist in debt recovery. Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate cash flow reporting. General Ledger Support: Assist in posting journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records. Data Management: Maintain and update financial records and ensure accuracy in accounting software.
