With continued investment in its advisory offering, the firm is seeking an ambitious manager to play a key role in supporting growth while developing their own leadership career. Description Lead and deliver accounting advisory engagements for a diverse client base. Provide technical accounting advice under UK GAAP and IFRS. Support corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals and fundraising activity. Prepare and review financial reporting papers, accounting position papers and technical assessments. Advise clients on complex accounting matters arising from business change, restructuring and transaction activity. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring delivery to budget and timescales. Profile ACA or ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience. Previous experience within accounting advisory, transaction services or a technical accounting environment. Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
