- Own the monthly management accounts and provide clear analysis of revenue, gross profit, margins, overheads and profitability.
- Analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior year, identifying the key commercial drivers behind variances.
- Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs across the business.
- Analyse profitability by client, contractor, division, sector and revenue stream.
- Partner with senior leadership and commercial teams to identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve margins and drive profit.
- Challenge assumptions and provide financial insight to support better commercial decision-making.
- Own rolling forecasts covering revenue, gross profit, operating costs, cash flow and profitability.
