A growing consumer goods business is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join its commercial finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move beyond traditional accounting and gain greater exposure to forecasting, budgeting and commercial decision-making.
Description
Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Produce monthly management reporting and variance analysis
Analyse revenue, costs and business performance against forecasts
Build and maintain financial models to support business planning
Partner with operational and commercial teams to understand performance
Identify trends, risks and opportunities within financial results
Assist with preparation of presentations and reporting for senior management
Support ad-hoc commercial analysis and business cases
Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or qualified by experience
Previous experience within management accounting, commercial finance or FP&A
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Confident working with large volumes of financial data
Strong communication skills with an ability to explain numbers to non-finance stakeholders
Commercially minded and keen to develop within FP&A
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
