- Manage the delivery of accounting and finance services to clients, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
- Act as the primary contact for client queries and address any issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor service levels and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service integration and delivery.
- Prepare and present service performance reports to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimise processes and drive efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support team members in achieving their targets and professional development goals.
Profile
A successful Service Delivery Manager should have:
- Experience in managing service delivery within payroll.
- Be happy in a non payroll processing role.
- Strong background in senior payroll/payroll management
- Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Understanding of compliance requirements within the industry.
- Proficiency in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
Job Offer
- Salary of £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
