- Description
- Prepare and review monthly accruals, prepayments and deferred income with a high degree of accuracy across the chart of accounts and dimensions to support statutory and management reporting
- Ensure all general ledger postings are complete, and submitted in line with month-end reporting deadlines.
- Prepare lease accounting journals in accordance with IFRS requirements.
- Manage intercompany accounting, including reconciliations and elimination postings, ensuring balances are fully aligned at group level.
- Maintain fixed asset accounting, including capitalisation, depreciation and reconciliation between subledger and general ledger.
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations, promptly investigating and resolving reconciling items.
- Partner with the commercial finance team to analyse financial performance and provide meaningful commentary on month-on-month, year-on-year and budget/forecast variances.
