Our client is based in Southampton, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the team is looking for additional support.
Description
- Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence with accuracy.
- Manage diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements for the team.
- Coordinate and file client records and case documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls and emails.
- Support with administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal documents.
- Assist in billing and invoicing processes.
- Provide general support to the legal team as required.
Profile
A successful Legal Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role, ideally within professional services.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.

Job Offer
