Description
- Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Conduct credit checks and set up new customer accounts.
- Resolve payment queries and disputes efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute accurate account statements.
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to address account issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all account activity.
- Produce regular reports on outstanding debts and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Experience in credit control or a similar accounting and finance role.
