- Description
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and business advisory services.
- Lead and review the preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, corporation tax returns, and personal tax matters.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing commercial advice and building long-term relationships.
- Oversee, mentor, and develop junior team members (team of 6), supporting their technical and professional growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client portfolios and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, firm procedures, and quality control standards while managing deadlines and workflow effectively.

A successful Manager should have
- Several years post qualified experience (ACCA/ACA).
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
