- Description
- Manage a portfolio of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Oversee and review accounts, financial statements, corporation tax, and personal tax returns.
- Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of client work and deadlines.
- Work closely with Partners to support the smooth running and growth of the practice.
- Contribute to business development, marketing initiatives, and audit assignments where desired.
- Profile
A successful Partner Designate should have
- ACCA/ACA qualified. Dual qualification of CTA preferred.
- Proven experience leading a team, winning new business, managing a portfolio over multiple years.
- Experience of accounting and tax work.
- Desire to build career to Partner level
- A strategic mindset with attention to detail in operational delivery
