Description

• Process payments, invoices, receipts, and income transactions using Xero and various other software.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns.
• Identify and report discrepancies to support account reconciliations.
• Assist with the investigation and correction of accounting variances.
• Provide ad hoc support to Accounts staff.
• Contribute to the preparation of year-end accounts when required.

Profile

A successful Bookkeeper should have:

• Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of VAT regulations and payroll processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £26,000 to £35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
