Description
- Act as a trusted adviser to a portfolio of corporate tax clients.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and provide commercially focused recommendations.
- Lead and deliver complex corporate tax consultancy assignments.
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate tax matters including restructures, group reorganisations, shareholder planning and business transactions.
- Perform corporate tax reviews and provide technical input on key client matters.
- Conduct technical research and prepare detailed client reports.
- Manage multiple advisory projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery to deadlines.
- Support the development of corporate tax expertise across the wider firm.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the tax team.
- Work collaboratively with Partners and Directors on strategic client projects.
- Monitor developments in UK tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network to support the growth of the corporate tax offering.
- Contribute to business development and help strengthen the firm's market presence across the region.
Profile
- CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Extensive corporate tax experience gained within practice.
- Strong advisory background with experience delivering corporate tax planning projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships.
- Experience leading assignments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical knowledge across UK corporate tax.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities and add value to clients.
- Confident networking and developing new business opportunities.
- Currently operating at Senior Manager, Associate Director level, or an experienced Manager ready for a significant step up.
Job Offer
- Salary: Β£80,000 upwards (DOE)
