A growing, multi-site organisation is looking for a commercially minded Group FP&A Analyst to join its team in Manchester City Centre.
The role will focus on group reporting, performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, translating financial and operational data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.

- Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Support strategic planning by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
- Monitor and report on financial KPIs to track business performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand financial requirements and provide solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

In order to be considered for this role you will have
- A relevant accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- The ability to 'story tell' - summarising large financial reports/presentations into concise information for the Exec board.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as Excel or similar software.
- An analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
