Description
EMEA Payroll Specialist (until March 2027)
- Manage the day-to-day administration and processing of assigned EMEA payrolls, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
- Partner closely with HR and Finance stakeholders to gather, validate and prepare payroll data for submission to the external payroll provider.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of payroll processes across multiple European jurisdictions.
- Perform detailed payroll reconciliations and ensure robust controls are maintained across payroll funding, third-party payments and statutory remittances.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees, internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Support and continuously improve payroll controls, procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with internal governance requirements.
- Assist with payroll audits, reporting and process improvement initiatives where required.
Profile
EMEA Payroll Specialist (until March 2027)
- EMEA Payroll experience is a must (essential) - countries such as Spain, France, Germany, Norway etc.
- Immediately available or on short notice
- Able to commute to site 2x days per week minimum (Maidenhead)
- Happy to work until March 2027 minimum (likely to be extended)
- Team player, enthusiastic!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent with numerous payroll vendors such as ADP, Cloudpay, GT, BDO etc.
