- Description
- Providing senior oversight across Credit & Collections activity.
- Reviewing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting improvements across aged debt and cash collection performance.
- Working with key internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
- Helping improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the collections function.
- Providing guidance and direction to teams across multiple locations.
- Supporting wider finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Improving reporting, MI and visibility across the function.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce greater automation and efficiency.
- Bringing a fresh perspective and helping shape the future Credit & Collections operation.
- Profile
- Strong experience within Credit Control / Credit & Collections.
- A track record of improving collections performance and processes.
- Experience working within a large, complex or international organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with shared service, outsourced or geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within a transformation or process improvement environment would be advantageous.
