To provide support to the KYC Manager, Sales and Compliance teams with the onboarding and periodic review of clients as well as ongoing monitoring of customers, adverse media, PEP and sanction screenings, customer data report preparation, ensuring high quality and compliance with BB Group policies and UK legal requirements.

Description
Clients onboarding - Corporates, Financial Institutions and Governmental Entities
- Analysing clients' documentation
- Carrying out screenings and KYC analysis relating to sanctions, enforcement, PEP and adverse media
- Transaction monitoring (loans)
- Preparing a summary of key KYC information to assist the KYC Manager with the clients' risk assessment form
Periodic Review
- Attending to the periodic review schedule and liaising with the Sales team to start the periodic review
- Revising client's documentations according to their periodic review schedule and requesting the documents that needs to be refreshed
Trigger Events
- Take the necessary actions to start extraordinary reviews
- Analysing new documents received from the Sales team or client
FATCA and CRS Reports
- Collect information from customers to define their FATCA/CRS status as per regulations in place.
- Produce the FATCA/CRS regulatory yearly reports to assist Compliance in their HMRC data submission.
Profile
A successful KYC Analyst should have:
- A background in the financial services industry, particularly in Risk & Compliance - this could be internships / work experience.
- Experience or an understanding of customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information securely.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from Β£30,000 to Β£33,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position in London.
