  • Manage and coordinate the ongoing monitoring of Member Firms' quality management activities and action plans, including tracking progress against agreed actions.
  • Assess whether Member Firm remediation actions are appropriately designed to address identified findings and root causes.
  • Review information provided by Member Firms to identify significant matters, emerging issues, delays or areas requiring further follow-up.
  • Act as a key point of contact for Member Firms on quality management matters.
  • Respond to queries from Member Firms and provide practical support and guidance on the application of quality management policies, procedures and related requirements.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of quality management guidance, tools, templates and supporting resources, including those relating to ISQM 1.
