Description
- Utilise AI, LLMs, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric to analyse data, automate reporting, and deliver insights from operational and financial datasets.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and KPI reporting, tracking metrics such as revenue per charger, utilisation, site performance, uptime, and operational efficiency.
- Support finance operations through day-to-day bookkeeping, month-end close activities, invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial data management across Xero, Dext, Sitetracker, and WorkflowMax.
- Produce management accounts, financial reports, board-ready commentary, and performance analysis by combining financial and operational data to support decision-making.
- Partner with data engineering teams, vendors, suppliers, and senior leadership to ensure data quality, manage financial workflows, resolve issues, and respond to ad-hoc business requests.
Profile
- A studying accountant, ideally AAT qualified or ACCA part-qualified
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and translate it into clear business insights.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualisation tools, with experience creating dashboards and management reporting.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve reporting and decision-making processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to present findings to senior leadership.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, capable of working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly growing business environment.
