Description
- Conduct compliance monitoring and reviews.
- Support FCA regulatory requirements and reporting.
- Maintain and update policies and procedures.
- Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts.
- Assist with risk assessments and compliance projects.
- Support AML, KYC, and financial crime activities.
- Review customer onboarding and due diligence.
- Prepare compliance reports and management information.
- Deliver compliance training and guidance to staff.
Profile
A successful Compliance Analyst should have:
- 2-5 years' compliance experience within Financial Services.
- Understanding of FCA regulations.
- Knowledge of AML, KYC, and Financial Crime controls.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position based in London.
