- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end KYC review process, ensuring client records are reviewed and updated accurately and on time.
- Monitor progress, manage deadlines, and escalate issues, risks, or delays where required.
- Maintain awareness of relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key point of contact between KYC teams and business stakeholders.
