Description

• Plan, manage and execute audit engagements for a range of clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Review and finalise audit reports with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
• Provide technical advice and support to team members during audits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and cooperation.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional growth.
• Monitor budgets and ensure audits are completed within agreed timeframes.
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes.

Profile

A successful Audit Manager should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
• Previous experience managing and supervising a team of approximately 10-12 people.
• Big Four Audit Manager grade experience would be preferred.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging up to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience.
