As an Accounts & Tax Senior in London, you'll review annual accounts, prepare annual statutory accounts for your own portfolio of companies, and act as the main point of contact for tax-related queries.

- Prepare and review financial accounts for clients.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Handle tax calculations and submissions for clients.
- Manage and oversee bookkeeping tasks.
- Provide financial insights and advice to clients.
- Assist with audit preparations and liaise with external auditors.
- Support junior team members with their development and queries.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met.
- Profile
A successful Accounts Senior should have
- Professional accounting qualification (e. g., ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of experience in a UK accounting practice with experience managing a portfolio of clients.
- Working knowledge of FRS 102/105.
- Ability to handle corporation/income tax related questions.
- Proficiency in Xero and Xero HQ is mandatory.
- Job Offer
- Salary up to £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Hybrid working, with 3 days in the office.
