- Description
- Prepare and post financial journals across multiple entities, ensuring accurate month-end reporting.
- Complete bank, credit card, and control account reconciliations to support financial accuracy.
- Manage VAT, PAYE, and CIS submissions in line with statutory requirements.
- Support purchase and sales ledger activities and wider finance operations.
- Validate and process payroll data, including timesheets, overtime, holidays, and absences.
- Act as the first point of contact for payroll queries while supporting finance projects and team initiatives.

- Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or payroll administration role.
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, journals, and general finance processes.
- Experience with VAT returns and payroll-related activities.
