Description
- Partnering with the Managing Director, Operations, Sales and other senior stakeholders to support business performance.
- Providing clear and insightful analysis of financial and operational performance.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Developing and monitoring KPIs that support business and manufacturing performance.
- Analysing margins, costs, productivity and profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting commercial decision-making, including pricing, investment and business cases.
- Working with operational teams to improve cost control and financial performance.
- Providing financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Improving the quality, accessibility and use of management information.
- Supporting month-end reporting and explaining key variances and trends.
- Helping develop systems, processes and controls as the business continues to scale.
- Playing an active role in identifying efficiencies and opportunities to improve the company's financial performance.
Profile
You will be a Qualified or QBE accountant, preferable with experience of site control within a Manufacturing / Engineering business, long term contract / project accounting. You will have strong systems skills and proven experience partnering with site operations.
You will be comfortable working on site at a modern, Lincoln based site
