Head of Income & Service

This is a highly visible role, leading operational performance while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and customer outcomes. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive income recovery, optimise processes, and provide strategic oversight of service charge delivery.

Description

Lead the income and service charge functions.

Drive rent collection performance and arrears reduction.

Oversee service charge budgeting, reconciliation, and compliance.

Manage and develop operational teams.

Deliver performance improvements and process efficiencies.

Partner with executive and operational stakeholders to support strategic objectives.

Profile

Essential housing sector experience within a Housing Association.

Proven experience leading income, rents, arrears, or service charge functions.

Strong understanding of social housing regulation and tenancy management.

Track record of delivering operational improvement and service excellence.

Experienced people leader with strong stakeholder management skills.

Available at short notice or immediately available preferred.

Job Offer

• Daily rate between £400 and £600, dependent on the level of experience.
• Temporary contract offering flexibility and valuable experience.
