Description

• Lead and manage the financial planning and budgeting processes.

Profile

A successful Head of Commercial Finance should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial forecasting.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders.
• A background in the property industry is advantageous but not essential.
