Description
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to support decision-making.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Support year-end audit processes with necessary documentation and reports.
- Manage cash flow and oversee expenditure controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Studying towards CIMA or ACCA.
- Able to commute to our client's office in Grantham.
- Strong knowledge of management accounting principles and practices.
- A recognised accounting qualification or working towards one.
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £38,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
