Description
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data and payment details.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll accounts.
- Handle payroll queries and provide clear, timely resolutions.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.
- Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation of payroll processes.
- Stay updated on payroll legislation and implement any required changes.
Profile
A successful Payroll Analyst should have:
- Experience in payroll processing or a similar role within the accounting and finance field.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll/HR system and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Knowledge of relevant payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle queries effectively.
Job Offer
- Hourly rate of Β£14.00 - Β£17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
