- Lead the FP&A, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide clear analysis of financial performance and business trends.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.
- Challenge assumptions and identify risks, opportunities and improvements.
- Produce insightful management reporting and financial analysis.
- Support strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
- Develop and improve financial models, reporting and forecasting tools.
- Analyse revenue, costs, margins and profitability.
- Provide commentary and insights on actuals vs budget and forecast.
- Support wider Finance transformation and continuous improvement projects.
- Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
- Help drive greater commercial awareness and financial accountability across the business.
Profile
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- A strong background in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience in the property industry is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills for presenting financial data.
