Description
Reporting to the Head of Cost Business Partnering, you will act as a trusted finance partner to senior operational stakeholders, providing insight, challenge and support across a substantial cost base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business partnering with operational leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and planning activities for designated business areas.
- Delivering insightful management reporting, KPI analysis and performance commentary.
- Providing robust challenge and variance analysis to improve business performance.
- Developing financial models, investment appraisals and business cases.
- Supporting transformation programmes, efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Identifying risks, opportunities and operational performance improvements.
- Translating complex financial information into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.
- Building strong relationships across Finance and the wider business to influence decision-making and drive results.
Profile
The successful Finance Business Partner will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating within a large, complex organisation.
You will also demonstrate:
- Previous experience within Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A. xgikmsk
