Finance analyst

As a Finance Analyst, based in West Berkshire, you'll play a key role in supporting the Accounting & Finance department. Your day-to-day will involve analysing financial data, preparing reports, and helping the business make sound financial decisions.

Description

• Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes within the department.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other teams to provide financial expertise and guidance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and suggest improvements where necessary.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.

Profile

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

• A strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
• ACA or ACCA or CIMA Fully Qualified
• Proficiency in accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with large data sets and financial software.
• Strong communication skills to present financial insights clearly.
• Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting.
• Full right to work

Job Offer

• Salary between £55,000 and £70,000 dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent position within a great organisation.
