The Wellbeing Specialist in East Sussex will oversee the development and delivery of wellbeing initiatives within their sector, ensuring they align with organisational goals. This role supports the People Services department by promoting a positive and healthy workplace environment.

Description
Develop and implement wellbeing strategies tailored to the organisation's needs.
Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to integrate wellbeing initiatives into daily operations.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
Provide guidance and resources to employees to promote mental, physical and emotional health.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops on wellbeing topics.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wellbeing trends and best practices within the public sector.
Work closely with leadership teams to embed a culture of wellbeing across the organisation.
Prepare reports and updates on wellbeing initiatives for senior stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Wellbeing Specialist should have:
Experience in developing and delivering wellbeing programmes.
Knowledge of wellbeing practices and trends.
Car driver.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
An understanding of the challenges faced by employees in the organisation.
Job Offer
Salary ranging from Β£42,000 to Β£45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Hybrid working 2 - 3 days per week
Part Time at 30 hour is also available
