Description
As Payroll Clerk you will be working as part of a team, and will be responsible for processing your own payrolls. Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll from start to finish
- Managing new starters, leavers and payroll amendments
- Calculating overtime, bonuses, holiday and statutory payments
- Processing PAYE, National Insurance and pension deductions
- Completing RTI submissions and payroll reporting
- Producing P45s, P60s and payslips
- Reconciling payroll and resolving discrepancies
- Handling employee payroll queries
- Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and internal procedures
- Supporting payroll year-end processes and audits
Profile
To apply for this position, you must:
- Have a proven track record of working in payroll.
- Have recent experience of processing payroll from cradle to grave.
- Live within a commutable distance to Doncaster.
