About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer, you will ensure high-quality delivery alongside strengthening governance and controls across international jurisdictions ensuring Tax, statutory and compliance obligations are followed.
You will be responsible for continuity of the current operating model, while moving towards stronger risk management, clearer accountability alongside improving use of data and systems.
In addition, a key priority for this role is leading continuous transformation across Tax and International Finance, working closely with stakeholders, ensuring the business is at the forefront of technology and change.
Key Responsibilities:
Tax :
Accountable for Tax across the business, from strategy to delivery.
Develop and deliver the Tax strategy, governance and risk management framework ensuring Tax implications are considered in all jurisdictions.
Manage relationships with Tax authorities globally, working in partnerships with regional finance managers, including audit management.
Manage topics as diverse as new country entry, permanent establishment risk, funding strategies, VAT optimization, Tax reporting,
