Description

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the credit control team, improving collection performance and implementing strategies that optimise cash flow while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of Credit Controllers
  • Reduce aged debt and improve cash collection performance
  • Develop and implement collection strategies and policies
  • Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports
  • Build relationships with key customer accounts
  • Partner with operational and finance stakeholders
  • Lead process improvement and efficiency initiatives
  • Monitor risk and ensure compliance with credit procedures
  • Support wider finance leadership objectives
