Description
Support the Compliance Monitoring Programme, including testing and remediation of identified issues.
Review and manage conflicts of interest and day-to-day compliance requests.
Assist with KYC, identification and sanctions screening.
Provide regulatory guidance to the wider business.
Support the development and review of compliance policies and procedures.
Keep up to date with regulatory developments and support regulatory change projects.
Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Profile
A successful Compliance Associate should have:
Have 3-5 years' compliance experience within an AIFM environment.
Have strong knowledge of AIFMD, with exposure to MiFID II, UCITS and SMCR beneficial.
Be proactive, organised and confident taking ownership of their work.
Have strong communication, analytical and research skills.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
